VSC TRAC/ VSC OFF/ CEL all lit
these dash lights all came on yesterday: VSC TRAC/ VSC OFF/ CEL all lit - Dec 2020 had same issue, diagnosis was Secondary air injection pump system; paid Lexus 2300$. that was at 73K mileage. Yesterday mileage was 77K - has only gone 3975 miles ( yes, I don't drive far) since this replacement. I. cannot get appointment for 3 weeks !! any ideas on why again ??? looks like same symptoms. thanks in advance. GX470 - 2007

Did you just get gas? It could be as simple as a loose gas cap.

New Gas Cap?
I just had that very same thing happen to my 08 on Monday. I took it to Autozone for them to run the code on it and it said my gas cap was faulty. I got a new one and am waiting for the light to go off. From what I understand, it may take a 100 miles or so before going off. Take it to an auto parts store, they should be able to tell you what it is. Good luck!
