My best offer from the dealer was 39 months - $677/Month - 15,000 Miles/Year - $2500 Total Out Of Pocket at Lease Signing.

Can't say w/o moreinfo, i.e. what is the MSRP, Cap cost (more)

residual and money rate. Remember that the cap.cost is the "sales" price.
