Grill paint peeled off !!
I was about to go out today and noticed black stains all over the front grill, as if someone spilled something on it. The black paint is coming off where the stains are!!! Completely ruined my day, i dont know who could have done this, or what the stain is from.
I have no doubt that this isnt covered under warranty, so i need to get a new grill . Anyone have a stock grill around? Or anyone experience something like this before?

I'll be making a trip down to the lexus dealership. They said the front grill will cost around $217, will have to see if the warranty will cover it.

Hello,
Its a common problem... the grills are made from black plastic coated with chrome paint on the cross rails... its peels off all the time from mostly rocks, etc.... I doubt they will replace it for you... but even if they do it takes only couple of months for it to start peeling off... just get a billet grill from ebay
and yes its a cheap grill sadly

I had the same problem on my 03, and got the dealer to swap it out earlier this year. Props to Nalley Lexus for taking care of that for me. If they want to keep you in a Lexus, they'll take care of you.
