I am planning on moving to cingular from nextel and looking at Samsung D807 and Sony W600i. I am more leaning towards the samsung. However, I couldn't find if the phone's bluetooth is compatible with the GX470 on lexus website. Can anyone let me know if they have had experience with either one? Thanks.

I'd stay away from the Samsung, although I see there's one (not the one you mentioned) listed here .

As a Sprint customer, I've been looking for a compatible phone for over a year and no joy. Most of Sprint's bluetooth phones are Samsungs, and none of them work properly with the Lexus. Moreover, compatibility with the Lexus system seems to be a very low priority for Samsung. I'm surprised one is listed.

I know that you mention samsung, but motorola(v600, razr, sliver) works pretty good and I have cingular and also t-mobile before.

I purchased the sony w600i and love the phone. The bluetooth works really well and I had no issues transferring phone numbers or taking calls.
