If it's motor oil, the only way it got there was for the technician to accidently bring it inside somehow. There's no way the engine could be leaking oil into the passenger compartment. Even if the tech was lazy and changed the filter without removing the skid plate, the residual oil still wouldn't end up inside the truck.
I'd look up under the dash or on the pedals to see if there's oil somewhere that could be dripping down (very slowly, of course) onto the floor mat.

Pick up a thick piece of plastic sheet or tarp and lay it down on the mats next time you have someone servicing your vehicle. A thick beach towel on the seat is also a consideration.
I have found a good hand cleaner, medium scrub brush and water removes grease pretty well without damage to the mat.

brake clean also removes grease and oil well (dry cleaners actually use a version of the stuff). Generally will not harm paint carpets etc, just test in a small area, spray it on a rag and blot up the grease or oil.
