I have 76K miles on my '03 with no vibration or droaning :knock on wood: I'm actually kinda shocked at how quiet this truck is (and that's with me comparing it to the LS430). There's a LITTLE wind noise, but nothing remotely close to objectionable, IMO. BTW, I am a big fan of the Michelin Cross Terrain tires for the GX.

I had a vibration on our new 2006 GX. Only at about 65mph or so... sometimes a little higher or lower. Usually not as noticable when pushing the gas but rather when I let off. The vibration was not very noticable at all though... very mild. Anyway, I brought it in this week and was just planning on them rebalancing the tires. They took it for a spin and noticed the symptom too. The dealership went right for replacing the tires. Said it was probably due to the fact that my '06 sat on the lot for a while (no Nav or DVD) and the tires had some flat spots. They did not even wanna try just balancing them. They must have seen this before to take that step. Anyway, 4 new Michelin Cross Terrains later (same tires I had before) and the problem is totally gone now. If anyone has been the rebalancing route all ready and the problem is still there, you may want to push for new tires especially if you can find info about the delivery date to the dealer being well before your purchase date. Hope this helps.
Update: I looked at my invoice from the warranty replacement of the 4 tires. They noted that the all 4 original tires had "excessive road force". They then mounted four new tires and balanced and found that one of the brand new tires still had "road force that was excessive". They then replaced that one new tire with another new one and then road force on all 4 new tires was found to be within tolerance. So, I guess even a brand new tire can exhibit an issue that would cause them to replace it.
