That was fast.

Looks much more balanced than the single wimpy setup

Can you tell how much was all this including parts/labor?

Lee, that is a great improvement over the lame stock single exhaust . Please let us all know what parts are needed to make that happen.

Sweet! Probaly the only Mod I would put on my GX. I want the pipe to come out behing the back wheels or to the side like a Yukon or Calade. Can't wait for the sound clips.

Thanks guys.
Pipe pics added above. Videos w/ sound clips tomorrow.
The tips and exhaust I picked up from Ebay. The muffler ran me $95.00 shipped from Ebay as well. The tips were under $30.00 for the pair.
Two exhaust places quoted me the same-$150.00 for the entire install so that should be the norm. I went with whom I was more comfortable with though it took a while-2 hours. Rather not rush it anyhow. I agree ,the stock little pipe is very weak. This really did balance out the rear end nicely and the cutout in the bumper for the stock pipe is not noticed.

So:
$95.00 Magnaflow 14586 muffler
$30.00 Oval Tips (Pair)
$150.00 Install
----------------------
$275.00 Total

PearlPower.....

Due to the dark color of your truck, it's not clear to me how you made a cut-out in the bumper on the driver's side to match
the original cut-out on the passenger side.

Steve,

Looks like the driver's side isn't cut out, and the passenger side tip was lowered slightly.

Dan

Btw Pearl...Nice garage! wish mine could be as neat and clean as yours.

Thanks, yes, your correct, the bumper is not cut. I have not decided if I will cut the drivers side or just fill in the passenger side (more difficult and long term integrity is questionable). Either way would require a paint job which is no big deal as I just painted the front bumper to fill in the plate holes and some chips.
With the polished tips and their reflection off the paint, it is difficult to notice the OEM cutout so who knows, perhaps keep it the way it is.

Since your GX is dark, i'd just keep it as it is. On a lighter color it would probably be more noticable.
