I also took one with the brakes on, but it came out way over exposed...no point even posting it.

The eBay ad says the wiring harness is included, but does it work plug/play? or like the others, was custom wiring/cutting/splicing needed?

The wire harness is included with these lights. They do simply plug into the factory wire harness and the driver's side light works perfectly as-is. The only issue is with the passenger side light. For some reason our GX's have the wires in different sockets of the harness on the passenger side. There is no reason to touch the factory harness, you simply need to remove the pins from the harness of the aftermarket lights and move them so that they match with proper color wire on the factory harness. I used the driver's side as a color guide.

In order to remove the pins you have to put a very small, persicion type flat head screwdriver in the socket in order to press down the tab holding the pin in place. This is probably not going to help you too much due to the fact that I have no pics. I was in a hurry to get these in and did not have a camera with me... It really is not very hard to do and once you have the pins put, you can put them back into the harness in the proper places.

When I go back in to change the prado reverse light to an additional turn signal, I will take and post pics.

Thanks cmarshack. That's perfect. Exacly what I needed to know. I'll order a pair in about a week. Need wait for a new billing cycle on the CC .

I just did not want to have to cut the factory wires/harness. I'm pretty good with wiring/soldering, etc.., but did not want to make going back to stock very hard.

When they arrived the packing slip said Singapore...so I am assuming that is where they came from.

I paid the amount that is on the eBay listing.

And yes, these are from Car-Gym. The invoice inside the packaging is from Car-Gym...they must just use a different name on Ebay.

Get them, you will love them!!!

I am in Russia right now & I've been seeing tons of Prados drive by. The lights are a awesome upgrade. I am gonna try and find some goodies for my ES while I am still here.

I am pretty sure the red portion is the same color the "smoked" portion is the turn signal/reverse light. As you can see in the pics this smoke is not very dark and really looks good on my black GX.
