Xenon Depot
#2
I do not believe there is a Club Lexus coupon code for a discount to Xenon Depot. And if there is, I wish I would have know about it when I placed my order about two months back. When I talked to Steve at Xenon Depot, he told me that was the best price he was able to offer us because they are already marking it down as much as they can. They were out of stock for a very long time, and it supposedly just came in last Friday, however I am still waiting on my tracking number. I am very excited to get them installed; it's starting to get dark earlier and earlier now. If anyone knows about a code, I wonder if it would work for past orders that have not been received yet???

Josh's GX, Which kit did you buy? The Phillips or the Extreme? I remember that there use to be a CL discount code, but that was before they lower the price. He had a free shipping promotion going on a while back too.

After much debate, I went with the Xtreme 4300K Kit. I keep going back and forth between this one and the Philips 6000K kit, but after talking to some people here and Steve and Xenon Depot I decided to go with the Xtreme because of the better water seal...and honestly because the price a bit less. Price was not the factor, but when I couldn't really decide between the two and I was getting recommendations on both, I decided to go with the less expensive product with the thought that if something goes wrong I can then change to the Philips 6000K instead.
Actually, I bought the 5000K Xtreme kit first, but then thought that since the color is rarer than 4300K and if a bulb went out then I would be able to find a 4300K bulb easier. I also went with the 4300K for maximum light output (I can't see the bulbs when I'm driving, but I do really like the more blue light).

Philips kits are great; however, they are discountiuned.
This an old picture from my GX with philips 6000k both low and fog.
In real life, it's pretty bright. But still pefer 4300k better!

On the website, it saids that the Xtreme 4300K Kit comes with 2 wire harness. Do they both go to the battery or just the relay power go to the battery? Any difference in installation as far as the extreme and the Phillips kit? Is there a thread on instruction on the installation of the extreme kit?
Thanks
