This is very vague. Your lease is determined by length of the lease, allowed mileage, interest rate (money factor), down payment/trade-in (capital reduction), negotiated price, residual value, and taxes/fees. Some of these variables you can change others are fixed. To just try to guess your lease payment without knowing some of these variables is like shooting blind. There are leasing calculation on the net that will let you work these variables. Just do a search.

the lexus web-site has one too linked w/ lfs so might be a good place to start.

In general, leasing is usually not a good proposition to individuals unless they can write off the lease. This is especially true in states that collect either a lease sales tax surcharge (like mine, PA, adds a 3% surcharge) or some who tax the entire capitalized cost (TX and NY I think as well as a few others).

Might be better off financing instead....

Depends on three things: final selling price, term and money factor. Right now I think its best for 36 month's on the residual and I believe the non-RET has a higher residual than the one with rear entertainment. So, first you need to negotiate the purchase price (the lower the better). Next, pick a term that has the best balance of length plus residual. Finally, try very hard to get the buy rate on the money factor so it is as low as possible. I believe right now 36 months is the best term and I think the money factor may be around .00275 (not great but there it is). Good luck.

Default How about $790 - $850 sound?

Of course it depends on final price, and lease options.
