My 2005GX came with ML & factory DVD. Today I while driving, I was listening to CDs and stoped at fast food restaurant. When I started the GX after about 10 minutes, it didn't start palying CD where it was left off. When I turned on the system, it went into FM radio. When I pressed Disc button, it would display 'No DVD'. It won't get into CD changer. However, I could able to play CD using DVD player but CD chaneroption won't work.

I even removed CD cartridge and inserted back and could hear the sound of CD being read. However, when I press Disc, still getting 'No DVD' message. Is anyone know what causes this issue?.

Is it still under warranty? Sounds like your cd changer went kaput.

Yes, it is still under warranty. I was just wondering whether I need to do something to put back CD player when I press Disc. I guess that I need to take it to the dealer........

are all your CDs in the changer original copies or if they are... in very good condition & unscratched? if you have burn PC CD copies, sometimes the player thinks there is no CD because it couldn't read it. happened to me before... this lexus player is not cheap and will not take knockoff CD copies either sometimes. but if yours is still under warranty... hey let the dealer deal with it, might get a new replacement!

That's a good one!. Yes, they are the burned CDs and let me try with some original CD later today. If that fails, I will take it to the dealer and post the results here........
