NAV Firmware Question

anyone know what the nav firmware should be for a gen 3 navigation? ex JP****** or US*****

I believe I have the firmware is actually updated when you install newer map database discs. At least that is what happens in the 4th gen equipment. I presume that happens in the 3rd gen as well. So your asking something that would depend on what was last loaded. For the latest, you would need to find out what the 2007 update has on it .
