It doesn’t seem like all the circuits for the 7 way are on the back up lamp relay. Can you please expand on what you mean by connect to junction box?

Bumping this, as I think I have the same problem and am hoping someone can confirm whether all three parts are needed and what the part number for the rear harness is? Are they all plug and play?

in case it’s needed, I have a 2007 GX with a tow hitch and the 7-pin outlet but no current/signal from any of the pins as described by others above.

And I think I *may* have the tow package installed. I’m seeing the relay and all the fuses (intact) for towing up front. Don’t check behind the rear light. Any other ideas for troubleshooting?
