I use a generic synthetic oil (Supertech) from Walmart. Bought my CPO GX at 39K and no oil leaks. Car is super smooth. I do occassionally do the seafoam treatment. I've heard of autorx and read up about it. Its seems like a great product but its on the pricey side. Seafoam $6 a can vs autorx $18.

Valvoline full synth MaxLife at this point.

At about 180kmi I started using a moly additive. I use whatever is on sale at the time, but it's Valvoline, Mobil1, Penzz, Castrol that I will typically use.

depends on how often you want to change it, regular oil..3-5000 miles, synthetics can last depending on the brand up to 25,000 miles or one year.. Filters up to 15,000 miles...Amsoil, Mobil !, Royal Purple etc....

Any SN+ 5w30 synthetic is better than standard oil. Stick with a WS trans fluid. I use Castrol Magnatec now with Bosh filters. I would not be afraid of Full SYN SuperTech from Wally World at all or a Ford FL series filter that fits if money is an issue.
