whats the biggest offroad tire i can mount on stock 17 wheels.

looking for the biggest tallest widest offroad tire size for stock 17s on a gx. car does not have lift. And what are some good brands besides bfg. not too expensive either,

As for brands, the Nitto Terragrapplers are great tires. My roommate ran them on his truck for a while. Don't know about sizing for the GX though.

265/70/17 is the biggest.

Choices: Michelin LTX A/T-2, Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor, Bridgestone REVO, Nitto TerraGrappler, Yokohama Geolander A/T.
