Does anyone know how to get rid of the "Knowledge" pop-up on the rear seat DVD screen? There is an "OK" icon in the lower right hand corner, but pressing it does not get rid of the knowledge window. The DVD plays fine but I want to get rid of the "knowledge" pop-up.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.

If you have a remote press the ENT button.

If you do not have a remote put the car in park and put the parking brake on. This will bring the DVD on to the NAV screen. You can press the icon from this screen. You will have to do this every time that you start the car. Also, without a remote, once you turn the car off you have to reinsert the DVD to get the picture to come on the rear screen. That is a real pain, especially if you are on a long road trip and just stop to get gas. I did this for a while and finally got a remote. Dealer wanted $200+ for new remote. I got one off of Ebay for $60. Hope this helps!

So there is no device we can install to do this for us? Kind of like the nav I agree one.
