My battery died on my 07 GX and when I it running again the windows didn't work. Now before I am told to read the manual, I did am aware of the reset process. But this problem is different. The drivers window will work and reset. The others will not roll down at all from any door switch I try. I tried all 4 doors and the windows don't work at all. There is no flashing green light on those switches either.

Seems odd that a dead battery would fry something. I even tried disconnecting the battery and leaving it for 10 min two times in hopes that maybe some residual corruption was in the computer that needed to be totally lost before it would work right.

Does anyone have any other idea about what I should try? One other related question is how long does the computer need to be disconnected for it to loose all memory? Maybe I need to leave it longer than 10min.

check the child lock? Maybe you bumped it when resetting the driver's window...

I think they computer needs 90 seconds to deactivate but not 100% certain on that. When you reconnected the battery the second time, your driver's window switch should have started flashing...

At least w/ an '07 you should still be under warranty...

Same happened to me too. If I remember right you need to hold power window button up or down position for 1 minute, it should reset itself.
