What your ECM has detected is there is different value reading to the Engine Bank1 for correct A/F sensors and the O2 sensors.. Both these need replacement, If you are under warranty I suggest get this done via the dealer, As it is just not replacing the sensors, but the values should be altered in the ECM via the tool. Now you symptom is the Bank 1 that mean Cylinder 1 AF sensor ( located on the mouth of Spark plug ) is Fried. And there are 2 sensors one before the Catalytic Converter and one after, both needs replacement.

I just went through this with my GS and have done this many times on various other cars. The OBD code will tell you which sensor it is (b1s1 or b1s2). #1 is the front (in front of cat) and #2 is the back. Bank one is passenger side. No, they do not both need to be replaced but if one is bad there is a chance the other will be close to going. Typically they start getting weak after 70K miles. There isn't any ECM setting. I reset the ECM by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, which causes it to lose the error code. You can get a universal Bosch O2 and replace it yourself.
My GS required a special tool for the O2 that I didn't need for other cars. That is due to the heat cover on the sensor. I found both the tool and the sensor at an Autozone. The tool was cheap.
Unless you are under warranty, you will save several hundred dollars by doing it yourself.
