Anybody had this problem. I know this sound like idiot question but I have had the door panel off twice and cannot find it. The driver’s door when the window is completely down has a rattle when I shut the door. As I said I took the door panel off. With the panel off the a rattle is still there. It is a tinny sound of metal to metal. It seems to be in the middle to back of the door. I really tore down the door (didn’t take out the window, but I guess that is next). Anybody face this issue.

There is Glass Door cushion which is seated between the glass and door glass sleeve, check if this is missing, and check the Door Check assy which is placed above the Hinge assy, normally these wear out fast & check out the Glass door Weather strip, if these are worn out. All these items which i have hilited tend to have the symtoms if worn out ,check these out in terms of conditions.
