Default Hand Car Wash ? NO

What up Fellas,
Over the fall I spent an entire day detailing the GX exterior to get it ready for the winter by doing the following:

-Citrus Wash
-Claybar
-Polished-paint correction
-Applied 2 coats of glaze
-1 coat of Sealant

I live in NJ and it gets cold sometimes. After the recent Dec '10 blizzard, I notice there's some grime and dirt on the side bottom pannel of
the GX. I want to wash it but it's too cold.
I called a detailer who has a hand car wash and asked him what kind of soap he use and whether or not it would strip the protectant-sealant of my vehicle. To my surprise he said he does not know. He gave me the name of the soap but couldn't not tell me wether or not his product would damage my wax.
I'm thinking on ordering some waterless wash product and freeze my butt in the cold. I'm going on 2 weeks now and my car is still dirty.

What do you fellas think ?

Thanks

This may sound crazy but when I lived in Colorado I washed the truck by hand, water freezing as I was drying. I then headed over to a parking garage and waxed the truck as it was 50 in the garage. I don't know if you have an enclosed parking garage close but it worked. I like you was sick of my truck being dirty.

I do the same thing but I fill the bucket with warm water so my hand doesn't freeze while I'm washing it off and I usually try to wait for a day when it's over 40*.

NICE rear end!!! The IS-F!!! Get your mind out of the gutter!! Ha Ha, I think the blue is my favorite on that car. Something like a Ferarri MUST be red. The IS-F was meant to be blue. Anyway, nice ride man.

my winter months lifehack is to go to the spray and wash and just spray down the heavy gunk - just plain water. that way i am not doing a hack wash job that will mess with paint/wax and it rains so damn much it gets it "just clean enough" that i can live with it until the sun shines.

I've hooked up the hose to my hot water heater when washing the car in the cold. Granted, the temps aren't freezing out, but it helps.
