Chip,

I got mine from Amazon. OEM stuff I believe. Had on for about a year now. No problems.

There are cheaper ones on Amazon, but I only wanted to change them once.

I am very curious about coverlay dash also. would you share the installation pictures. Thanks

I missed the dash recall on 2017, my truck is 2004 and the time I got the mail for the recall, the dash was in pristine condition with no cracks. I brought it to the dealer with the mail, but they said the dash in good condition so they will not do the recall. Now few years later, the cracks started to show up non stop and looked similar to your. That's why I look into coverlay.

Cheers

Drain and refill transmission oil today. 12 quarts in total. I think the Dealer did overfill at least 1/2 quart when they replace at 25K miles. The car is now 165K miles.

Stare at new parts. It's time to replace pads and rotors for the front. Typically, I replace pads every 25K miles and rotors 50K miles

BTW, I also replaced Differential Breather. Last week, while replaced rear differential oil, the pressure released quite concern me, so I rather replace the breather now than causing the leaking seal. It's cheap at Lexus dealer, $8

Pics!
17" TRD PRO wheels in black. Falken AT3 tires in 265/65R17.
No lift, and with these sizes - no rubbing.

The old Michelins were about down to the wear bars, and you forget how much "spring" there is in having fresh tread blocks, as the ride is much improved. But I can hear some tread whine at highway speeds - only with the radio off!

Got some time to work on the front brakes. I discovered the passenger side caliper stuck again. Both caliper were replaced with a remanufatured at around 100K miles, now 165K. So for 5 years 65K for a caliper is not that bad. Made a trip to Oreilly Auto where I purchased the calipers 5 years ago, they checked compter and said lifetime warranty, so no cost. Installed with new brake, all good. Test drive, smoooooooooooooooth. Happy happy

Parts bought from Lexus dealer. Cheaper than Toyota dealer. Surprised

Caliper stuck

BrakeBest remanufactured caliper 13WH

New Lexus/Toyota Rotor

BrakeBest Caliper.

3 Peak tires are perfect for a GX that runs a lot of roads and still gets used for the right level of fun. Had these on my truck for 3 years now, never got stuck and awesome in a foot of snow!
