2004 Lexus GX470
Hey Guys,
New guy here. I posted the same thing on Toyota120, but wanted some different opinions. I just picked up a 2004 Lexus GX470. I saw some threads of a 2003 Lexus GX470 with people putting 2.5" leveling spacers in the front and just adjusting the rear sensor to accommodate for bigger tires. Would I be able to do this with the 2004 model also or is there a difference? Also what size tire would I be able to run without it rubbing? Thanks for your help

Not sure where you read that but the rear height adjustment is speed sensitive in that it cycles back to "N" or even at a certain speed. Ive read a post where people stated you could use the height adjustment in high position and than pull the fuse but that would give you warning lights on your dash. To answer your question without any mods you could run 265/70/17's...Not sure about other sizes bigger than 17" rims, Try search

Ive read a post where people stated you could use the height adjustment in high position and than pull the fuse but that would give you warning lights on your dash. To answer your question without any mods you could run 265/70/17's...Not sure about other sizes bigger than 17" rims, Try search
