I have replaced the battery and determined that with the key turned off and doors unlocked the battery drain settles down to 130 milliamp after 60 seconds. If you lock the doors it settles down to the expected 20 milliamps after 60 seconds. Does anyone have a description of what functions are turned off by locking the doors?

chuck1003, this is not a direct answer to your question. It is a similar battery run down problem. I have an 08 with 60k miles, original battery. I have had (3) occurances, where my orignal battery ran down, unexpectedly in an hour or two, and my car would not start/ turning the key nothing, not even a click. This is the post that I started: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...-question.html
I have made it through most of the winter since I started that post, running all kind of accessories and starts like a charm with the original battery. Something happened so infrequently, once every 6 months, that I could never put my finger on it. My battery was never dead, but a drop low enough, so that starter would not engauge. My battery tested fine, with proffesional battery testors. I even tried to duplicate the problem by leaving all of my doors open for an hour or more, while detailing my car. Fired right up.
I know that there is no "battery run down protection" on the gx. A relay to turn off all accessories after a time period, except the computer.
Note that you may not get an immediate response, but there are some knowledgeable people here that can answer that question.
