looks like it maybe if you had the electronic throttle problem , between the dates of Sept 1.2009 -Dec. 31, 2010 .

Read something that made me think it was for ALL Lexus models in a certain time range that may be adversely affected by the bad PR ... regardless of throttle control type. Don't quote me!

Got one today as well.... mine didn't state problem dates of 2009-2010. It said that once the suit is finalized and if the court accepts the proposed settlement that the vehicle is covered for repairs that pertain to the ETCS problems *SHOULD* they arise. The vehicle would be covered until it hits 150k miles.

I got the same for my ES300. But I have over 182k miles so I am not going to file.
