MacGyver and Turn Signal Bulb
Today I went to replace the left side front turn signal bulb on my 2008 GX 470. It is a Sylvania 1156ALL. I checked some of the pages on this forum to learn how to do it. You have to get access under the vehicle. It is not necessary to remove the battery. However, the bulb attaches to the socket with a quarter turn. When I replaced the bulb, I tried to reinsert the socket into the headlamp assembly and the bulb popped out. It wound up inside the headlamp assembly. 😳I was worried that I would either have to take the headlight out and shake the bulb out or go to the dealership and have them charge me an arm and a leg to do the same thing. I tried to fish it out with duct tape on my finger but was unsuccessful. So, the way I overcame this was to put on a couple of latex gloves and coat my index finger with superglue. I then put my finger inside on the edge of the bulb and waited about 30 seconds for the glue to dry. Then I was able to pull the bulb right out of the hole. I threw that bulb away, as it was stuck to the glove and used another bulb (they come in two packs) and made sure it was tight before I installed it. Close call.

With fast blinker, often either front or rear bulb not lit
Or on but not blinking, the other bulb is blinking but ususlly at a faster speed like the dash blinker, the bad bulb is the one thst is not lit or not blinking. I know this is obvious but may help a newbie to car maintenance. thanks to the great advice on this forum. Oro, lexuschampion and Arsenii have all hiven me great advice
