So ... After replacing my fuel pump all was well with the wold for a day. Now my nav and backup camera don't work, my car won't lock or unlock with the key fob, my clock keeps on resetting when I shut the car off and my vac, traction control and skid light are on but no check engine light on. Also my dome lights don't work when the car is off.
I am thinking when my battery died after troubleshooting the faulty fuel pump it put a strain on my battery and thats why I am having issues. Did not measure the volts on it.
Thoughts?

Battery was installed Sept 2016. But I think we stressed it out when troubleshooting the fuel pump issue. Had to be recharged. I am guessing its output is low and messing up all of the electronics. Car starts right away though. I know with BMWs when the battery is low the fault codes light up the dash.

not cranking slow. I know BMWs have these issues when the battery puts out low voltage. Will see the dealer tomorrow since the battery is under warranty. Thanks all.

What's the voltage when the vehicle is idling?

So the dealer has had it for about a day. Looks like an issue with the aftermarket remote start (which Lexus installed in 2011). I wonder if jumping the battery caused an issue here. Should know more today ...

Aftermarket alarms, remote starts, and trailer wiring adapters are frequent sources of problems in many vehicles. Hope they get you sorted out.

If the battery voltage seems lower than normal all the time, there is possibility one cell in the battery is dead(shorted out).

Here in Northeast where its been 15 degrees F for a while. Battery was slow to start and so I changed the battery terminals yesterday morning as AAA checked battery with thorough 2 hour test a month prior. After the terminal swap, turns out the battery decides to go when I hit 40 on the highway with appropriate electronics on. Car glides to a parking lot with no harm done to me or others or vehicle. Take it to indy, 70% on battery and was found to be a problem. Changed the battery to Interstate 800 CC. So far running well and will keep eye on alternator.

yeah I am in NJ and its cold! So the dealer had it for 3 days. Turns out the pax side mirror has a short in it causing the issue. He disconnected it and all is good for now. Will bring it back for replacement possibly. Anyone experience this?

I experienced the same issue today. All the same symptoms as stated in the 17gx460 posting, with addition to an airbag light, I cannot confirm the dome lights since I have them in OFF most of the time. The nav display, menu page and rear camera are gone, fob inop to lock/unlock doors, mirrors not adjusted. did not do any work prior such as fuel pump or anything. Today was a hot day, 90 degrees in Washington state, car sat all day on the sun, and got all faults as soon as started and drove half a mile. I stopped by Oreily to clear the codes and tested battery and alternator, all tested good. I don’t think main battery is the problem, I guess I will start checking fuses, connectors and wiring, but any ideas by others for troubleshooting this issue are greatly appreciated.

Special Thanks to 17gx460 above for updating about the short. I confirmed the same issue on my car. Actually the problem started as I was adjusting the right hand (RH) mirror from the driver's switch, I noticed it was tilted that day (which was odd) and I adjusted it and the mirror stopped along with illuminating all the lights on the instrument panel. I found fuse No. 29 to be burned, which has all the systems going thru it that we described above. I found a Lexus Technical Service Information Bulletin (TSIB) No. EL006-06, attached. I used to remove the RH actuator and mirror (not the whole assembly with the housing), simple. I also used the part number information to order the upgraded version. I inspected the wiring as I removed the actuator but did not find anything. My suspicion is the el. motors fail and shorted out drawing more than 10A current, and that burns the fuse. I also found more info on this tread and the TSIB:

NOTE: Some steps you cant see because it was difficult to balance camera with one hand and work with the other.
