MAC,
Those monitors look really sweet in your GX. How is the audio thru the head phones? any interference?

Hey Mac! Long time...Lookin good with those monitors. What's that little shop thing you mentioned about? I haven't seen any new shops around. How about some sound mods? I'm looking to get something done someday.

Default TV Tuner

Has anyone tried to input a TV tuner to the Entertainment system? If so what brands will work and do they plug directly into the game inputs.

Default I have heard ...

that it will only drive the rear display, not the NAV display, like a DVD can.

but I haven't tried it. I have a 12V TV with video out, so maybe I can give it a whirl.

Default OEM Video Out (AWESOME Install)

Hey MAC,

AWESOME install . The setup looks fantastic. I want to do the same setup. My kids would love it. I would like to use the video from the OEM display as you did. Could you let me know how you did it / what you had to tap in to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much ,

Bill

That would be great if he would be willing to do so.

I would agree that Vizualogic monitors are very good for the GX.

I too was surprised at how well the leather quality matched up.

Well that's because all they do is take OEM headrests, cut them and install monitors... you could have your local performance shop do the same if they know what they are doing, you can even do it yourself.. I saw couple of posts around here... having it done locally will probably be cheaper two (two monitors ~ $600 labor ~ $200 TOPS )

All,

I put the OEM headrests and the wiring diagram in storage so its gonna be some time until I get to it. The beauty of this system is that if you ever want to sell the monitors later, then you have the OEM to put right back in.
