Will the stock DVD integrate with the Phoenix head unit in a 2006 w/ ML audio

Also will the Phoenix be plug n play with a 2006 with nav and back up cam

I was told that it won't integrate with your existing Nav or DVD rear entertainment system. Most use car play or mirror screen from the cell phone to navigate. It also has built in apps for google maps and waze with your cell phone hotspot for wifi connection.
