Dealer recommended services
I just want to remind people to ask here if the dealer recommends a service that isn't your typical "replace fluids". I got an email from mine that had these listed as recommended services, and if you're on top of your routine maintenance, they're entirely unnecessary.
Task: Inspect air cleaner element
Observation: Fuel treatment and throttle body clean recomended by dealer
Perform air induction system service $189.99
Task: Inspect accessory drive belts (if equipped)
Observation: Recomend drive belts due to condition
Based on time/mileage $216.00
Estimated Total: $405.99
You should replace the engine and cabin air filters once a year, ideally after your local "pollen" season has finished (when the trees drop their pollen) or yearly dust storms (Arizona, etc) are over. Parts cost is about $60 and you can easily do it yourself - no need to pay $189.
Fuel treatment is also unneeded, if you buy good quality fuel - look for the Top Tier sticker on the pump.

Your accessory drive belts should have been changed when the timing belt was done. Mine is due in another 15k miles and it has only been four years since it was done, so I'm well within their predicted service life. No need to pay $216 for an inspection when you can use a flashlight yourself and see if there are any significant cracks in yours.
So if you get a reminder email from your dealer that looks like this - be sure to ask here on Club Lexus to see if it's worth doing.
