Sorry to hear it's been so difficult for you. Ebay has version 14 and 15 for about $25. I didn't see any v12. I would think 14 or 15 would be even better. Please educate me if I'm wrong.

What version are you trying to use now? Did you install with virtualbox software?

Did you fix or upgrade software? I can't imagine you're giving up after all the effort.
