Default No sound after changing evaporator core

Hello. I have a 2005 gx470 with 141000 miles that I have owned for last 12 years. Last week I replaced my evaporator core and put in a new dash which was a huge job but looks like it is working well.

I immediately noticed that there is now no sound coming from my radio. The radio and CD player seem to work but simply no sound. There is sound for Bluetooth and NAV from the drivers front speaker. I checked the fuses for radio one and two and both have continuity with my multimeter. Not sure if there are any other fuses to check.

I then went into diagnostic mode and this is what I found:

I then went under the drivers seat and I was able to get 12 volts from the red wire with blue stripe and touching the frame for ground. I couldn’t get voltage anywhere else. Also when I connect the harness I can hear the fan for the amp fire up. Not sure if I’m checking this right.

it seems unlikely that the amp would suddenly fail at the same time as this project was going on. I have checked and double checked all my connections and they are correct. Not sure what else to do any advice would be appreciated

thank you in advance.

I don't have any suggestions for you other than to check the obvious - a connector didn't get plugged back in, pinched wires, and so forth.

Since you have Nav Voice and Bluetooth audio, that rules out the amp, because if it were bad you wouldn't have that. Look upstream.

Thank you so much for the advice. I went back to the radio with it on but no sound and jiggled the wires and sure enough sound came back on. One of the white connectors is loose or one of the wires as it goes into the connector is loose. Not sure yet. Will try to figure out some way to secure it better.
