RIM Advise - Looking to replace 2006 original rims
Does anyone know if the 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 OEM wheels will fit? They are the right bolt pattern but the offset is 15 vs 20. Any thoughts on putting these on my GX470?
Thank you everyone. Getting them out on today. I like the idea of having them painted. How was tha done? Also, did any of you replace the caps with Lexus caps or did you keep them as Toyota?

Thanks again!!!
I sanded out any defects and scuffed the wheels with a red Scotchbrite pad. I used gallon paint cans to set the wheels on so they weren't on the floor. I used a rattle can of high quality, high build primer, then painted with Duplicolor Gunmetal Wheel paint. There isn't anything special about the Wheel paint specific to wheels, I just liked the color. I then used a high quality single stage clear. 2 stage would be better because it has the hardener but I work at a Toyota dealership so I brought the finished wheels in to our body shop and baked them in our paint booth for a few cycles. I think they turned out great! I've had them on since October and after a harsh north Iowa winter they still look really good. I kept the Toyota caps but may change them out later. I did remove the emblems from the caps and paint them separately to give them a bit of definition against the cap. Including the wheels I have about $200 total in this project.
falcomf77, that looks really good. Nice color combination and great job
Thanks!! It was a fun project that totally changed the whole personality of the truck. I would however recommend using one of those little spray handles for aerosol cans. It took about a week for my hand to recover from pushing the spray can nozzle with my finger!
