Key fob won't lock while headlight are on
Hello fellow GX people! Need advice for a fix.
This week I had a shop install new Depo sport headlights with Alla led blubs on my 2008 GX470, with load resistors on all four turn signals to correct the hyper-flash.
So I have a weird inconvenience since the install. I keep my headlights on auto so they generally stay on after turning off/exiting the vehicle, but turn off once I lock the GX with the key fob. Now, my key fob will not lock the GX till the lights turn off. Has anyone experience this and fixed it?
Thanks!

That's weird, doesn't make any sense. I can see a weird light setup that's wired direct to the battery not turning off with the keyfob anymore, but the keyfob should work always regardless of what the lights are doing.
Do any of the other buttons on the remote work when the lights are on? Do you have another fob you could try?

I only have one key fob and none of the buttons work till the lights turn off. My assumption is that it has something to do with the cooling fan internal to the Led headlights. I can hear it running and turn off with the lights, then I can lock my GX.
I've read about potential frequencies the lights push might interfere, but the lights are in a different portion of the EM spectrum. Unless it's just too much signal noise from the headlights for the computer to hear the key fob freq.
