Has anyone or do you know of anyone that installed the Prado taillights onto a GX470? I'm just wondering if it's a seamless fit or if modifications are required.

you can do a search for 'prado lights' and find several postings. I did.

I was in Japan for couple of weeks.. This was just last month and I couldnt find the exact same model in Japan. I was told that GX 470 was only made for US and there are no same models available in Japan. I hope this helps.

I have been to so many Netz Toyota dealership and no luck.

I believe you're correct as I've been told the same by an exporter of JDM products. But the uncanny thing is that the Prado tail lights fit on the GX470, grant it that some wiring mods need to be done. But still, I'm hoping to obtain a set of Prado lights for my GX -- it's nicer than the stock GX lights and will set it apart from the other GX's.
