I have 2023 Lexus GX 460 and took my first trip to Las Vegas from Idaho. On way back ran into some sleet and temps were between 32-36 degrees. I lost my radar cruise control and my pre collision system. I had read about how this can happen if sensor gets iced up. I was still suprised as none of it was even sticking on road. No big deal next gas station I cleaned off and my clean sensor code did not come on but neither did my radar cruise or the pre collision system. Here it is two days later and pre collision system still says it is off. I have tried everything. Washed vehicle, Blew air behind sensor to make sure not still wet somehow. turned on and off traction control, In and out of 4wd. I have made an appointment with Lexus and I am sure they will figure it out but its a 120 miles to me dealer. If anybody has a clue whay might help I am listening.or should I say reading.

Something must have gone wrong with the system and you should have the dealer check it out..
I have a 2022 GX and last April, on my way via I-90 to the Badlands I drove into a snow storm - my GX radar cruise control and other front grill based sensor systems quit working for the same reasons (iced over). However, as soon as I cleaned the ice off the sensor areas, everything went back to normal.
Let us know what you find out from the dealer.

Dealer found a code and ordered a part that is on back order said it could be 2 weeks or 6 months. They cleared code and is working fine right now. I suspect it will work fine until I have a simular condition that caused the issue.
