New Shocks And Springs
Currently running a gx460 2010 with 169,000 Miles. Longer story so bear with me.
Car was hit by a falling tree branch which took out the drivers side door. This was replaced by insurance at what I thought was a repudiable repair shop.
After getting it back the ride has been horrible. I swear I've read somewhere if you put these on a lift without turning the air ride off you can pop the airbags in the back?
Am I missing something they might have messed up?
At any rate I am looking at replacing the suspension front and rear. What I want is the whole assembly for the front but I cant find it with the adjustable suspension IE the comfort, sport or normal selector.
Can I not buy a full spring / shock assembly with the adjustable ride? so I don't have to get a spring compressor?
Or if I go with the standard what am I looking at to avoid dashlights?

The shocks limit suspension extension ... so air bag damage is not possible when the vehicle is on a lift ... what you read was web post misinformation.
Yes, you can ditch the insanely expensive AVS shocks for conventional shocks ... the dash lights will not be an issue.

... to your other question ... I do not believe there are any off-the-shelf sources for fully assembled fronts using AVS shocks.
Even with a high-quality spring compressor ... this can be a dangerous job that I have performed more times than I can count ... but am now at a point where this is not something I will do anymore given the potential for injury. Best to take off the struts and take into a shop that has a hydraulic spring compressor stand.
