The passenger side height issue has been resolved as the workshop people calibrated after replacing shocks.

BUT my issue is still not resolved. This time I spent another 1800$ (6600 AED) for the parts plus labor but all in vain. I can still feel the small road bumps which now makes me think that may be my car didn't even had any issue, it is supposed to be like this. Or may be I am over exaggerating the issue which is not there at first place. But to be very honest, I drive other car as well on same road, I don't feel that hardness in my other car.

I am frustrated now since after spending a fortune, i am not able to get the issue fixed. The only thing left in the car is tire replacement, they are around 3 and half years old and I have driven around 30K KMs with them.
Have you had this issue sorted?
i’m struggling with the same from and 2010 GX460.
Got shocks and air springs replaced, KDSS calibrated, but whenever I go through a bump it hits bump stops. The feeling on small pot holes is that the car is very hard.
i’m currently dealing with a premium workshop but there is no official dealer where I am.
feeling kind of lost like spending all this money for nothing!

Hi mate,

Yes, I replaced front Lower arm bushes and rear all bushes. It fixed the issue for me. The ride is as soft as butter now. The bushes turns hard due to hot weather here in middle east, I am surprised they last for 8 years.

You can try replacing the bushes. I would not recommend going for OEM bushings, you can go for aftermarket one's but check it's reviews first.

Good luck!
