2019 new owner Lexus app doesn't save vehicle
Bought a 2019 and have been trying to use the Lexus app and app suite. App recognizes vin but doesn't save vehicle, says try again later?
Any idea what might be happening? Thank you.

I had a similar issue trying to add our new to us UX. Had to call Lexus and also had to send proof of ownership. It still showed previous owner.

Has anyone had an issue with adding services to the Lexus owner app? I rarely go to the dealer on any of our cars, but always input in the owners app. I checked today to put on new pads and rotors on the app, but it does not show any of my previous submissions nor allows me to add a new service.
