Rear door sag with tire on the rear door is something to keep an eye on.

KAON sells some shims if it becomes an issue in future.

I tried to order these from KAON but they would not ship to the USA. I ended up buying a lot of them from a different AUS dealer (since their shipping price was high - but did not increase with more units) so I am going to put them on eBay for those that need them in the USA.

Posting a few more things that I learned when installing the door.

1. They don't supply good door hole covers for the two holes at the top of the door.
I ordered these and they were perfect.

2. I needed to add weather stripping to the top of the door to prevent water from flowing in. The top of the door did not perfectly mold to the OEM weather stripping.
If you look right above the plastic you will see the black weather stripping. Now very well sealed. You also see the tape I used before I was able to get the hole covers

3. Purchased a child lock hole cover since the GX460 doesn't have this cover.

4. The plastic interior door panels are actually pretty good on the chinese door. I did decide not to use their plastic doors (you can see the GX460 brown plastic door covers) since the locking mechanisms on the chinese ones was very flimsy.

nope it is a different bracket for the prado door. You can order OEM from Japan though.

beautiful and well done.

did you relocate the backup camera?

any issues with an air gap on the top of the door? I needed to place additional weather stripping there to close a gap on mine.

No issue with the door fits perfectly no gaps. I did not relocate the camera. But I order a holder and I have to extend the wire a little bit
