Hi all, I've been lurking here for quite a while and have read about folks modifying their lower bumper tail lamps. On my 2023 GX, I'm looking to do the same, but I had a couple of questions. I know it's kind of dumb, but I'd like to stick as close to the Prado configuration if I could, so in that vein, does anyone know if the lower bumper tail lamps are strictly running lights, or wired as running and stop lamps as well on the Prado? I think I'd like mine to be running and stop lamps, I think turn signals would be a bit redundant. That being said, I've seen the switch back LED bulbs that I think I could wire the reverse lights with to be white reverse, but amber turn. I've already looked and I'm sure I could come off the trailer hitch wiring to do pretty much whatever I need to. Anyway, all of that being said, does anyone know the Prado part numbers for the bumper light housings that already have the holes drilled for the lamps? I'd like to just get those so I could wired up everything and do a straight swap rather than risking damaging the original housings. I just think it would be cool to have all four of the lamps light up rather than having them as reflectors. Thanks for the help!
