A rather humorous problem. 2023 Lexus GX460. Opened the door, and this thing came flying out. Not sure where it goes, but looks like it’s the end of a seal somewhere. Anyway, if anyone has an idea of what the heck I’m looking at, I’m all ears.

I've taken the door panel and all trim off the entirety of the interior and I've never seen that piece. It's dirty so it appears to be in a location where it can get road grime/precipitation. I'm also willing to bet it may not even be from your vehicle but from something else that got lodged in your door some how.
