14mm hex nut appears from nowhere when removing engine under cover

Default 14mm hex nut appears from nowhere when removing engine under cover

Does anyone have idea where it may come from?

Check the hood latch or the bracket which supports the center of the grill.

It's a genetic flanged hex nut ... part number ... huh ? ... it could have been dropped from wherever ... maybe an extra ... no need to panic ...

I hope so...It is a 2022 gx460, and I only changed oil and filter...

BTW ... looks like an 8mm Flanged Hex Nut ... the socket size (13 or 14mm) is not the size of the fastener ...
