Default Seat Refresher seat always on...even with new switch

Hi there, it's been a while since i've posted here.

My drivers side seat refresher seat has started to stay and drain the battery
When the heater/fan is set of off, the light stays on at half intensity and the seat gets VERY hot.
When i set the heat level to low, it actually cools down and heats up a 'normal' amount.
i switched the driver/passenger and oddly enough it STILL happens, the seat gets activated when the switch is set to off?

So this tells me that the problem is NOT the switch and some how it's that circuit is getting power? I have NO idea how this could be happening - anyone have any idea's?

I do have some electrical work done to the truck - e-lockers and a switch for the running board lights...but they have all been in for a couple years and this problem is relatively recent.

Not sure how this can be, as the power is through the ignition circuit, i.e. only powered with ignition on.

I would probe the fuses with the ignition off and see which one is hot.

Attached is the circuit diagram.

seen similar due to grounding and component issues.
try removing the fuse that is supposed to power it and see what happens.
you could have another component not tied to ign that is allowing a flow. even seen where some cheap switches tied to LED bars started to fail, a slight bit of flow. then that was tied to the OEM ground wire. Japanese wiring is often opposite control as in negative switched.
ive seen it when some people try led after market conversions, specifically fogs.
