Default 21' GX460 muffler+res delete bolt-on SS pipe ?

I've recently purchased a 21' GX460 and would like to do the Muffler+res delete. Instead of heading down to my local muffler shop and cutting up my OEM exhaust, i'd like to be able to reverse it the muffler+Res delete. Just in case i decide to sell it in a few years.
Do they sell a bolt-on Muffler bypass ? and Res bypass. or both?

The only thing i can find online is the Carven Dump pipe, but that dumps it under the car.
i'd like to go all the way out the back of the GX with bolt-on bypass stainless pipe, either Muffler delete, res delete or both.

If there is nothing out there, i can go get it cut and possibly buy a used OEM muffler+res later on if i need to resell it, but i'd rather not.

Thanks,
Dave Detherage

... 99.99% of Lexus owners would never go there ... unless they also own a 1974 El Camino ...

Lots of guys will swap out the oem muffler for a flowmaster 50 series. But if you are honestly considering a straight pipe the 50 series likely will be way too tame for you.

FYI doing ANYTHING to the exhaust, especially removing components, will cause unbearable drone. These GX's are nothing but a huge resonance chamber. It's just not worth it considering the zero performance gains received. I hope you didn't buy this expecting any "sporty" performance.

I never regret my stock exhaust ANYTIME I pull up to or drive by anyone with "Exhaust". Engine Drone is slow, painful and noisy torture for a daily driver IMO - and I hear every single American pickup truck that drives by my house (why does EVERY work-truck need a loud-*** exhaust? ). Not to mention it's like subtracting volume/headroom from your audio system. Did exhaust on my first ride ('87 T4R w/22RE and full LC Engineering/Downey head/cam/headers/exhaust). I'm over it I used to have 10 screaming fans in my first few DIY PC's as well. Live and learn...

IIRC - Dyno results have shown very poor increases for all that noise and all that $$$. Not like you are adding exhaust, tuning the ECU, remapping and changing transmission behavior in tandem. Even the extremely limited re-programmed ECU's seem "meh" for the $$$ outlay. The transmission shifts and throttle are regulated together for longevity - a Lexus hallmark.

The best sounding SUV's ever are those Benz G-Wagon AMG's with those nasty V8's - they don't drone - but they will open up like crazy. Not really a GX thing...

Toodles - Randy V.

I’ve just heard a few muffler delete GX’s that sound amazing… but also I haven’t taken a 500 mile trip without a muffler... so you might be onto something. Haha.
Also, I wasn’t looking performance, just better sound.

thanks
Dave

Make no mistake, these 4.6's (and the previous 4.7's) sound ****ing amazing with exhaust work. You just won't be able to stand the drone and the cost vs benefit just isn't there. I wish these didn't drone so bad. I had a magnaflow muffler on mine and it sounded great ... the drone was just too much so I went back to stock. I kept my original factory muffler just in case.
