Just brought my baby in for first #2 service. Dealer did not lubricate propellor shaft. It's listed in the Lexus Canada website for this service and they tell me that it is not included in the service anymore. I need to argue this, correct? I can do myself, but why if I shouldn't have to.

Lubricate drive shafts should be every 15k and every 5k if you are towing or heavy use so it should be done. Whether they include it or what they charge is a separate issue. I find dealer or any other shops never want to do this service. They will say not needed, but it really is. Doing it on your own is pretty easy. If you lift on stands and but the car in neutral its super easy. Then you can rotate the shafts freely to get the the zerk fittings. There is only one hard zerk to get at. That is the spider zerk on the front shaft going into the transfer case. It requires precise rotation of the shaft to get to it.

Thanks Man. I'll buy a gun and grease and do it myself. They apparently lubricate the hinges and locks but couldn't see any evidence of them doing that. Shouldn't I see the application?

Not sure on that one, but maybe they didnt really do that either. I would think a hinge that is lubricated would show some fresh lube you could touch or feel. Lubing the propeller shaft yourself will be rewarding and make you feel much better that it was actually done.
