Default Entering GPS Coordinates Into NAV

I do off-road trip planning using GPS coordinates since 'middle of nowhere' isn't a legitimate address. I've owned a 2008 and 2015 GX and recently purchased a 2023 GX. In my previous GX's I was able to input GPS coordinates directly into the NAV system to create a destination, which could then be entered into the address book (now called favorites it seems). I always liked that about Lexus' NAV system. Well, it appears with the newer NAV system on the 2023 model, that is no longer possible. Bummer. I need to find a workaround using any combination of Windows/Android/Lexus apps. Has anyone found that a workaround that would allow for the input of GPS coordinates for a destination?

Thanks,

Russ

I don't know how to do it in the OEM navigation, but ON-X is amazing for off-road and their maps show up well in carplay.

Thanks for the ON-X tip. Looks like a great off-road tool, but unfortunately it looks like it is not compatible with Android Auto and won't mirror the display to the vehicle's NAV screen like it does with Apple Car Play.
