Brand new here and newer owner of 2018 premium. Thanks for having me! Thought I would post this as I was kind of a guinea pig for this setup. I didn’t want a lift like my former 4runner as my wife needed to be able to get in and wanted to keep the ride characteristics along with liking the more flat look of 20s rather than the deep dish 17s look. So if you like this look and set up, here goes:
Tires are 275/55/20 ko2 all terrains with the 2023 titanium tundra 20s which you might be able to get cheap online if someone local to you is lifting their tundra and wants to change wheels. I got mine for 650 like new from that situation
Issues are this: Toyota thickened the lug size with the new model and changed hub size. To get rid of that indented mom suv oem look you will need hub centric 1.5” spacers. This kills 3 birds with 1 stone as the spacer brings the wheel flush with the body and looks awesome in my opinion along with having holes correct for the gx hub lugs to bolt onto and right size lugs for the tundra wheels. Because they are hub centric they bolt perfectly centered just like if you were bolting the wheel to the hub. And because the wheels are slightly wider the ride feels smoother and less ‘top heavy’
The hub caps are Toyota so I got some black blank caps and Lexus logos online and put them together like Lexus oem
I had to slightly trim front inside wheel wells for full lock rubbing
Honestly the ride is better looks more aggressive and I won’t have to put on chains this winter enjoy!

Looks great! I am about to embark on a similar journey switching from my 5th Gen T4R to a 19 GX. I don't want to sacrifice ride quality much but I will be going off road with it, so I will likely need a small lift. I have spacers on the T4R to bump the tires out and give me clearance for 285/70/17s
This looks great! I have always had wheel spacers on previous cars, never had an issue before (though some people will have other stories). the wheels complement the GX really nicely, great color on the white body also!

I’m with “Bootman”, where did you pick up those hibcentric spacers from?, perfect spacing!
And, that wheel is THE look I was searching for!
It looks great on that GX, and think it’ll go great on my “Caviar” ‘22 GX…. nice job!👌🏻
