Just wondering if anyone here is using this German fluid in their transfer case? It claims to be equivalent to Toyota's 08885-81001, TOYOTA 08885-81081, (Equivalent to the 08885-81080 U.S. part number)
It is significantly cheaper than what Toyota or Lexus charges.

 

They have a kit/set for GX, many uses them incl my self.
Blauparts have a set already to order
GX Transfer and Diff oil kit

NAPA sell Royal Purple transfer case oil that specs as OEM replacement. $22/qt

 

That's what I use(d) and worked great!

 

Just put redline MT-LV 70w/75w in my transfer case.

 

I've decided to place an order with Blau Parts and get the Ravenol Differential and Transfer Case Fluids.

 

It’s a good kit, used it on my Tundra every ~30k. No issues in 13 years of taking it to the Carolina beaches and the daily switching in and out of 4wd getting on the sand or leaving back to the blacktop.

 

+1 ... Ravenol 75w for the Transfer Case ... the Toyota fluid is highway robbery in terms of cost and cannot be shipped from discount dealerships given it is considered hazardous material in many states. Ravenol meets the Toyota spec ... easy decision ...
