Bought 2015 GX 460 Premium with Luxury package addon today. 29500KM on it (about 16400 miles)
Black inside and out.
Should have all option (as far as I know) but the hitch is missing, so will have to deal with it after I pick up the car.
It's still with the Lexus dealer. The front camera was broken, so they are going to replace it.

Former Jeep TJx2, LJ, JK owner here. In March I purchased a 2017 Premium, Nebula Gray Pearl, with F Sport rims. I bought this truck because it's a six-passenger truck and my kids can each bring a friend along for the ride. It's a little hard to get over the hump of getting it dirty, muddy, sandy, etc, but most things wash off.

I damaged the passenger side stock front rock guard/lower bumper trim on my first mild offroad excursion, so a lift and front bumper mod (CBI, anyone?) are on my wish list.
Just picked up my 2015 GX Premium with 51k miles on Saturday! I bought it from 300 miles away before even seeing it but I couldn't pass up on the deal and knew it would go fast. I'm glad I did, it's spotless inside and out (besides a little wear on the carpet mats but I'll get all weather anyway)! Sold my 2014 Infiniti Q50 hybrid and 2011 4Runner since I only need one vehicle that can do it all now.
Completely stock besides the tinted front windows. As of now, only plan on doing mild upgrades like changes turn signals, running boards, and interior lights to LEDs. After the winter I'm going to powder coat the stock wheels gloss black and then assess if I want to add a lift, Falcon Wildpeak tires, etc.
Just bought mine for *** $ , it has 135k miles on it.

I believe the trim would equate to the premium trim of the US market, no crawl control, has DAC & air suspension, basic leather, no mark levinson sound system, only backup camera, etc..

Oh you bet, Already went to the dealer to see if the unit is available, it costs 375 $ !!, same price imported from Dubai, will check a third resource and then see from there, but thanks a lot for the guide.
