Only drive downhill?
I played a lot with mine during my road trip. Best mpg was related to speed. If I kept it to 70mph I could get over 24mpg. If I drove 80mph it was down around 20mpg. I noticed no difference between premium and regular fuel.
Other things worth trying. Hard stock tires (40psi+) Remove roof rack. Remove extra weight. Draft a semi!?

What gas are you running? What oil are you running? What tires are you running? What air pressure are you running? How are you driving?
A lot of variables here that will impact your MPGs...

Premium gas, full synthetic, stock tires at 40psi, driving normal... getting 15-17 MPG...

What weight oil... 0W20 is recommended for best mileage. I noticed a difference when I switched to that from 5W30 that had been used. I would suggest going down to the factory psi for the tires.... I think it's 32psi, just check the drivers side door jamb sticker. Finally, being soft on the pedal will help. Remember, it's a heavy vehicle.

Pedal Commander does have an Eco throttle mode. Might be worth a short... they do have a money back guarantee.

Ha, I haven’t had any desire to test that setting but I may now out of curiosity. I am at 14.8 mpg now but expected as I have been on mostly side streets lately.

Another setting that uses more gas is over in sport mode. I think it limits or excludes torque converter lockup over normal mode. Not sure if gear specific though... I've seen that on mine anyways. Watching the real time MPG meter can help as well.

Are you near sea level?
I know on mine I can do really good if flat in the 70-80 range. Near 21... throw some hills into the mix and it dials back to like 16-18 MPG at same speed. I drive with Sport but I've seen at least a 1-1.5 MPG drop if left in that mode over same path.(IE: S6)
